학력, 경력등의 사항들을 연대기순으로 써내려 가는 형식의 이력서

- 연대기순 이력서의 작성방법

최근 것 부터 예전으로 내려가면서 작성, 희망직종이나 해당분야에 관련이 있다는 사실에 포커스를 맞춤 (직장경력과 학력을 망라해 작성)

- 연대순 이력서의 장점

경력을 부각시키고 계속적인 경력을 연대순으로 작성하기 쉽게 한다.

- 연대순 이력서의 단점

▶ 희망직종이 현직이나 최근의 직종과 다른 경우 희망직종을 게재하기 꽤 어렵다.

▶ 공백기간이 바로 부각된다.

- 연대순 이력서 양식이 유리한 사람

학력이나 업무 경력이 좋은 경우 일관해서 업무경력이 상승될 수 있다.

과거의 직종이 지원직종과 일치한 경우 유리

- 연대순 이력서 양식이 불리한 사람

경력이 없는 경우, 무직의 기간이 긴 경우, 다양한 직장에 전직 경력이 있는 경우
